It is with sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Paul Belanger, a significant adult educator who had impact at the highest international levels. PIMA President Shirley Walters and Vice President Heribert Hinzen are reflecting on this loss along with other PIMA members who have worked extensively with Paul over the past five decades. We attach the Obituary prepared by PIMA member Budd Hall.
