Global Bildung Day 2023 March 21

In the year 2021 an initiative was taken towards a Global Bildung Day. Bildung is an expression which includes education, learning, socialization, training all in a lifelong, lifewide and lifedeep perspective. The Mission Statement includes: “Better Bildung. Better Future. We honestly believe in that: The world would be a wiser, safer, more friendly, sustainable, and meaningful place with more bildung. It would also allow us to create a metamodern future that unites the best from the past and the present.” The website informs, invites and gives a full account of what can expected: https://www.globalbildung.net/gbd2023-march-21/? Please find also a publication attached “What is Bildung” which was developed in a project within a consortium of partners including EAEA and DVV International.
